ANNUAL WELL DRILLERS CONVENTION

 

SUPPLIER & MANUFACTURER REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION CLOSES MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9

We look forward to having your business at the 2026 Convention.

    • Booth Spaces are 8’x10′ and additional booth spaces are available for purchase.
    • The Supplies and Manufacturer’s booth fee includes 2 Representatives convention registration which includes meals.
    • NEW – Suppliers can attend the convention without a booth space. Please see the regitration form.
    • Trade show (Vendor Showcase) set up is on Monday, March 9 from 8AM to 12noon
    • Trade show begins at 12noon on Monday March 9 and ends at noon on Tuesday, March 10.
    • Consider sponsoring the Convention Happy Hour for additional promotion of your business. $200.
    • All Vendors will be introduced during the convention on the main stage. You should take this opportunity to introduce yourself and promote your services and share why attendees should stop by your booth.
    • Trade show removal is 12noon on Tuesday, March 10.
